Direct Support Staff - Full-Time or Part-time (Days, Overnights & Weekends shifts)
Location: Page, AZ | Starting Pay: From $15.25/hr DOE + Full Benefits for full-time (30hrs or more)

What You'll Be Doing:
No two nights (or weekends!) are the same when you're part of the QC family. You'll be:
  • Empowering individuals to achieve personal goals and milestones.
  • Supporting independence, not just providing care.
  • Cooking meals, creating routines, and celebrating victories-big and small.
  • Providing a safe, supportive environment (and maybe learning a new hobby or two along the way).
  • Helping with medications, personal care, mobility, and transportation.
  • Encouraging fun!-outings, movies, shopping trips, walks, and more.
  • Documenting successes and ensuring quality care every shift.

What You'll Need:
  • Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Pass a State of AZ Department of Public Safety background check.
  • (Preferred) Valid Arizona Driver's License - help us keep people connected to their communities!
  • A positive attitude, a big heart, and a strong commitment to making a difference.
    (We provide full training - if you have the passion, we'll give you the skills.)
