Quadrant Health Group provides effective, evidence-based addiction treatment that leads to long-term recovery. 

We are looking for Behavioral Health Technicians in West Windsor, NJ

Compensation: $18- $20/hour (Based on experience) Full-time

Shifts Available: Full Time

  • 1st Shift- 8am-4:30pm
  • 2nd Shift- 4pm-12:30am
  • Overnight- 12am-8:30am
    You must be available to work weekends or partial weekend shifts.

Our Outpatient facility in West Windsor, NJ, provides a unique blend of traditional and holistic therapies in PHP and IOP settings, offering a path to lasting recovery. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our clinical staff, ensuring efficient and effective client flow and contributing to a positive client experience. You will play a crucial role in empowering individuals to achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

What You'll Do:
The Behavioral Health Technician fulfills the assigned role as part of the treatment team – to maintain the wellbeing of clients and the integrity of the program. Additionally, the Clinical Support Technician provides client supervision and staff/unit support as assigned. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
