Trial/Associate Attorney
We are an established multi-state real estate law firm headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. Our Phoenix office is looking for an Associate Attorney to join our fast-paced team. If chosen as the successful candidate, you will be responsible for working with our clients (landlords and property managers) on landlord-tenant related matters, assessing the viability of evictions, reviewing and defending fair housing complaints, and participating in the litigation of these matters.
Compensation:
$95,000 -$115,000/year

Responsibilities:
- Review documents and guide clients through the eviction process.
- Provide legal advice through phone consultations, emails, and video conferences.
- Draft legal correspondence, including letters and notices, based on client needs.
- Litigate special and forcible detainer trials before Arizona Justice and Superior Courts.
- Draft pre-trial motions, pleadings, and discovery.
- Complete project-based work and additional duties as needed to support the practice group.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
- In good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.

Schedule:
Position is full-time, exempt. Our business hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
This position is fully onsite/in-office.
