Job Title: Senior Sales Associate
Department: Quartz and Granite Distribution

Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team specializing in quartz and granite distribution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the stone industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to cultivate lasting relationships with clients. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service.

• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for quartz and granite products.

• Meet or exceed established sales targets and revenue goals.

• Educate clients on product offerings, including features, benefits, and applications.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts with customers.

• Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.

• Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales associates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the quartz and granite distribution industry or related field.

• Strong understanding of quartz and granite products, applications, and market demands.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Availability to travel for client meetings and events as required.
