Job description

ServiceNow Functional Consultant / Business Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to define business processes and solution requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support ServiceNow platform implementations, configurations, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Develop training materials, job aids, and user guides for deployed ServiceNow solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users and administrators.
  • Support knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure long-term platform sustainability.
Required Qualifications< data-start="926" data-end="941">Experience
  • 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in a ServiceNow-driven environment.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations for enterprise clients, preferably in telecom, technology, or other regulated industries.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more ServiceNow product lines: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, or FSM.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
< data-start="1410" data-end="1431">Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and core configuration tools (Studio, Flow Designer, Service Portal, etc.).
  • Proficiency in writing functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and process documentation.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and their implementation within ServiceNow.
  • Experience with integration concepts such as REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server at a functional level.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
