About the Role
Netchex is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to lead new business development within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) vertical across the West Coast. This role is focused on selling Netchex’s HCM and payroll platform to multi-unit and enterprise QSR operators — franchisees, franchisors, and corporate-owned chains — who need better tools to manage a fast-moving, hourly, high-turnover workforce.
What You Will Do
Own the full sales cycle for strategic-tier QSR accounts, from prospecting through close
Build and manage a pipeline of multi-unit franchise groups and enterprise restaurant brands
Develop a deep understanding of QSR-specific pain points — high turnover, multi-location payroll complexity, tip credit compliance, scheduling volatility — and position Netchex’s platform accordingly
Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver tailored product demonstrations and ROI narratives
Collaborate with Marketing and others on vertical-specific campaigns and target account lists
Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with Netchex’s strategic deal guidelines
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM
Represent Netchex at industry events and QSR-focused trade shows/conferences
What You’ll Need
5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, ideally in HCM, payroll, or restaurant/hospitality tech
Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with enterprise or multi-unit accounts
Experience selling into or working within the restaurant/QSR industry strongly preferred
Strong consultative selling skills — able to diagnose operational pain points and map them to platform value
Comfort navigating long sales cycles involving franchise ownership structures and corporate decision-makers
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills
Based in or willing to work Pacific/Mountain time zones to align with West Coast client base
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

The total compensation (On-Target-Earnings) range for this position is $120,000 - 180,000 with uncapped earnings in commission. Actual OTE offered will depend on factors such as experience and skillset. This role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and paid time off. This role is open to candidates residing in the western United States, as traveling to meet potential customers is a requirement of the role.
