General Summary: Prepares accurate project estimates and competitive client proposals while coordinating with operations, engineering, and business development teams to support successful bids and profitable project execution.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare detailed project estimates for oil and gas construction.
• Coordinate, track, and submit professional RFQs, RFPs, bids, and client proposals.
• Review drawings, P&IDs, scope of work, specifications, and client bid packages, preparing summaries for each discipline.
• Together with Project Managers, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Work closely with operations teams to validate and coordinate all aspects of the estimate and proposal.
• Maintain estimating databases, historical cost records, and proposal templates.
• Ensure proposals comply with client standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Track proposal and estimate activity, revisions, awarded projects, and bid success metrics.
• Support client meetings, pre-bid conferences, and project handoff meetings.
• Assist leadership with forecasting, pricing strategy, and market competitiveness.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or similar, combined with experience to manage multiple estimates and proposals at one time. Minimum of 5 years managing estimates and proposals. Expert in computer usage, including Microsoft Office and the Internet.
