Job description

Join a world-class online gaming company delivering high-quality casino systems for customers around the globe. As a Senior Technical Artist, you'll play a key role in producing top-tier art and animation for characters, environments, UI, and VFX, helping bring immersive and visually stunning casino games to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality 2D and 3D animations for characters, environments, UI, and VFX using industry-standard animation principles.
  • Create optimized rigging, weighting, and animation files for Unity.
  • Design efficient texture sheets and assets for seamless integration in Unity.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-discipline teams to generate creative ideas and solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong time management to meet quality, specification, and delivery deadlines.
  • Prioritize optimization and performance when integrating assets into the game engine.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment between art, gameplay, and narrative goals.
  • Participate in art reviews, provide and receive constructive feedback, and revise work as needed.

Job Knowledge:

  • Senior-level proficiency in 2D/3D art and animation (characters, environments, UI, VFX).
  • 3+ years of professional Unity experience and 5+ years in game development.
  • Skilled in Maya, Blender, Unity, Photoshop, and Perforce.
  • Technical expertise in modeling, skinning, and rigging 2D/3D assets and characters.
  • Strong understanding of animation optimization for game engines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality art and animations under ambitious timelines.
  • Must submit a portfolio or showreel demonstrating art and animation capabilities.
