QBOP Premium is seeking a Product Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centered experiences for our customers in Mountain View.

Position Summary

As a Product Designer at QBOP Premium, you will design and refine product experiences that are clear, effective, and aligned with customer needs. You’ll partner with product and engineering teams to turn ambiguous problems into thoughtful solutions—from early concept through iteration and launch.

This is an onsite role in Mountain View, CA, where you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and contribute to a design culture that values craft, usability, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design work, from discovery and defining user needs to prototyping, testing, and final design delivery

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop product requirements and translate them into practical user experiences

• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs that maintain consistency and quality

• Evaluate designs using user feedback and data-informed insights, iterating to improve usability and outcomes

• Contribute to design systems and maintain standards for accessibility, usability, and visual coherence

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing product experiences across the full lifecycle (research/discovery to delivery)

• Strong capability in creating clear UX artifacts, including user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

• Proficiency in communicating design rationale and partnering effectively with cross-functional teams

• Solid understanding of usability principles and a user-centered design mindset

• Ability to work onsite in Mountain View, CA and collaborate closely with team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience contributing to or evolving a design system and maintaining design consistency across products

• Familiarity with usability testing methods and synthesizing findings into actionable design improvements

• Background working in fast-paced product environments where priorities and requirements evolve

• Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design decisions, measurable impact, and collaboration

Compensation

Annual salary: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00
