Job Description Project Engineer - Manufacturing Integration Location: Woodstock Shift: Days (In-Person) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $80k to $115k Position Summary The Project Engineer - Manufacturing Integration is a hybrid technical leadership role responsible for bridging project execution and manufacturing operations. This position owns the technical scope across the full project lifecycle - from proposal development and CAPEX planning through production ramp-up and continuous improvement initiatives. The role combines project-based engineering responsibilities with hands-on manufacturing and process support to ensure smooth integration of engineering requirements into efficient, compliant, and optimized production systems.

The successful candidate will support complex programs while driving operational excellence on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities Bridge project execution with hands-on manufacturing support Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Translate technical requirements into practical production solutions Lead cross-functional teams and support project delivery Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies Drive continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency Support equipment design, installation, commissioning, and process optimization Develop technical documentation, reports, and proposals Education & Experience Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related discipline) Experience 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering and/or capital projects Strong experience with CNC programming, robotics, tooling, and production systems Experience leading technical scope within multidisciplinary projects Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments considered an asset Knowledge & Technical Expertise Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles and production processes Knowledge of CNC/NC programming, robotics, tooling, and automation systems Experience with CAPEX project execution, including equipment design, installation, and commissioning Familiarity with ISO/AS9100 standards and regulated manufacturing practices Understanding of APQP, validation, and production readiness processes Experience with ERP systems, project controls, and technical documentation practices Skills Advanced problem-solving and root cause analysis skills Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities Proficiency in CNC programming and manufacturing process optimization Effective project coordination and technical leadership skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams What We Offer Extensive Health & Dental Coverage Defined Contribution Pension Plan Annual Bonus Program Competitive Compensation Job Stability within a growing organization On-the-job training and career development Professional designation fee reimbursement Tuition reimbursement programs Employee referral program Company social events and activities Years of Service recognition program Send your resume to abisheak@purestaffing.com.
