Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth patient assessments to evaluate their physical conditions and functional abilities, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each patient's unique goals and rehabilitation timeline.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, in a manner that maximizes patient comfort and success.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and necessary lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting changes and adjusting treatment plans as required to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring the safety and confidentiality of patient information.
• Stay abreast of current trends and advancements in physical therapy, readily integrating new techniques and methodologies into your practice.

Pure Motion Orthopedic Solutions serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, neuro-rehabilitation cases, and age-related musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current Physical Therapist license awarded by the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in physical therapy or related settings.
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills with proficiency in performing and evaluating various therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary team members.
• The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a diverse healthcare team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
• A genuine commitment to providing empathetic, patient-centered care in all therapeutic interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a wide range of rehabilitation techniques and specialty programs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and patient tracking.
• Background in developing community outreach programs or workshops promoting health and wellness.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
