Route Types

• Local: Home daily with consistent schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles safely in various traffic and weather conditions.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections according to DOT rules.
• Secure cargo properly using straps, chains, or binders if applicable.
• Maintain electronic logging devices (ELD) to track hours of service accurately.
• Report any mechanical defects, traffic delays, or incidents to dispatch immediately.

Job Requirements

• License: Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Screening: Ability to pass a DOT drug test and background check.
• Clean Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and stable work history.

Required Endorsements

• H (Hazardous Materials): For transporting dangerous or hazardous cargo.
• N (Tank Vehicle): For hauling liquids or gases in bulk.
• X (Combination): For driving tank vehicles carrying hazardous materials.
• T (Double/Triple Trailers): For pulling multiple trailers simultaneously.
