Our client, well-recognized Multinational in the Financial Industry is hiring a Project Manager responsible for leading and executing operational, administrative, and IT-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives through effective planning, resource management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of operational, administrative, and IT-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, schedules, and budgets while managing resources effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes and compliance with internal controls.
• Oversee change management processes, including stakeholder communication, training needs, and implementation of scope adjustments.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• PMP certification required; Change Management certification is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and project management tools such as MS Project Online, Visio, and Jira.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage risks, budgets, and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Experience working with IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
