Publicis Sapient is expanding its Energy & Commodities business across North America and is seeking a Client Partner to help shape the next phase of growth.This is a senior, market-facing leadership role for someone who combines deep industry expertise with the ability to create opportunity, build executive relationships, and lead complex transformation conversations. Working with some of the industry's most influential organisations, you will help clients unlock new value through AI, data, digital platforms, and modern operating models across the Energy & Commodities value chain.If you are entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, and energised by building meaningful client partnerships, this is an opportunity to create significant industry impact.

• Grow Strategic Client Partnerships: Build and expand senior relationships across Energy & Commodities accounts, delivering long-term growth and opening new buying centres.

• Drive New Business Growth: Leverage your market network and industry credibility to originate, shape, and secure transformation opportunities across North America, with a particular focus on Houston and Texas.

• Lead Transformation Conversations: Help clients define and execute digital business transformation agendas spanning AI, data, modern platforms, customer experience, and enterprise modernisation.

• Shape Winning Solutions: Bring together multidisciplinary teams across consulting, strategy, engineering, experience, and data to create differentiated client outcomes.

• Deliver Commercial Outcomes: Own bookings and revenue performance through strong pipeline discipline, deal shaping, and executive engagement.

• Represent Publicis Sapient Externally: Elevate our presence through industry engagement, thought leadership, and market advocacy.

• Deep Energy & Commodities expertise with experience across areas such as upstream, downstream, trading and risk management (TRM), supply chain, operations, or enterprise transformation.

• Proven success selling and shaping digital transformation programmes involving AI, data, cloud, platforms, engineering, or modernisation initiatives.

• A strong growth mindset with the ability to open doors, build executive relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

• Executive presence and storytelling capability, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.

• Experience developing account growth strategies and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Established industry relationships, with Houston strongly preferred; broader Texas considered for candidates with exceptional market connectivity.
