Worum geht´s?Für unser weiteres Wachstum suchen wir einen Head of Sales SAP (w/m/d) mit echtem Hunter-Gen für die DACH-Region, der das SAP-Enterprise-Geschäft maßgeblich vorantreibt und verantwortet.
Das wirst Du tun:- Verantwortung für das Wachstum des SAP-Enterprise-Umsatzes im gesamten DACH-Markt.
- Gewinnung von Neukunden im Enterprise-Segment (Umsatz > 1 Mrd. €) sowie Steuerung komplexer Sales-Zyklen.
- Aufbau und Skalierung der SAP-Sales-Funktion sowie Führung und Coaching eines Teams von Enterprise-Sales-Spezialisten.
- Steuerung des Pipeline-Managements und der Deal-Execution bei ACVs zwischen 100k € und über 500k €.
- Stärkung der Partnerschaften im SAP-Ökosystem (z. B. SAP, Fujitsu, Netapp).
- Optimierung von Sales-Territories, Vergütungsplänen und Prozessen innerhalb der SAP-Unit.
- Enger Austausch mit dem VP Sales & Alliances sowie den Delivery-Teams für erfolgreiche Kundenergebnisse.
- Hohe Ergebnisorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken, verbunden mit starken, innovativen sowie Hands‑on Leadership Skills.
- Führungskompetenz und erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Sales-Teams.
- Nachweisbare Erfolge im Vertrieb komplexer SAP‑Lösungen an Großunternehmen.
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Enterprise‑Sales im SAP‑Umfeld oder verwandten Ökosystemen.
- Tiefes Verständnis für das SAP‑Partner‑Ökosystem, Hyperscaler und SAP‑Transformationsprojekte.
- Fokus auf eigene, stabile Kundenbeziehungen und aktive Akquise statt passiver Lead‑Verwertung.
- Analytische Stärke und Hands‑on‑Mentalität in einem dynamischen High‑Growth‑Umfeld.
- Verhandlungssichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch auf C‑Level Niveau
