Outpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) delivers high-quality, patient-centered mental health care through secure telehealth platforms. This role is responsible for conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing mental health conditions, and providing ongoing medication management and treatment in a fully remote or hybrid outpatient setting.

This position is part of a well-established, physician-owned practice with over 20 years of clinical excellence, supported by a professional Management Services Organization (MSO). The structure provides the stability of an experienced clinical environment combined with the efficiency of modern operational support—allowing providers to focus on delivering exceptional care without administrative burden.

The PMHNP will operate within a streamlined system that emphasizes accessibility, continuity of care, and strong clinical outcomes while leveraging technology to serve diverse patient populations across approved states.

Core Focus of the Role

• Provide virtual psychiatric assessments and follow-up care
• Diagnose and treat common outpatient mental health conditions (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder)
• Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with state regulations
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation (EHR)
• Collaborate remotely with therapists, primary care providers, and care teams
• Ensure compliance with telehealth laws, licensing requirements, and clinical protocols
