Radiant Mental Health Associates is looking for dedicated Mental Health Counselors to provide essential support and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups in need of mental health care. Work Environment

This role is conducted in a remote setting, allowing our counselors to engage with clients in a manner that is both convenient and effective. While the primary interaction takes place online, our counselors will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team during regular virtual meetings and presentations. Our practice operates Monday through Saturday, with flexible hours that facilitate scheduling tailored to both counselor availability and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring a clear understanding of their mental health needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing clinically effective interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams through thorough documentation and active participation in patient rounds to review treatment progress and modify care plans as needed.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ethical practices and complete all required documentation promptly, thereby contributing to a seamless workflow.
• Provide case management services by consulting with community professionals and organizations, ensuring clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Support clients by fostering an environment of trust and safety, catering to their psychological, social, and educational needs without bias toward age or background.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with conducting psychosocial assessments and creating treatment plans, particularly in an outpatient environment.
• Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other therapeutic modalities is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems for documentation and case management.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
