We are rapidly growing and are looking for a motivated HR / Payroll Administrator to grow with us. Bloom Health Centers provides comprehensive behavioral health services by a group of competent, independent practitioners. We diagnose and treat children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population. Psychological testing and neuropsychological testing are available for a variety of disorders, including ADHD, brain injuries and head trauma, and memory problems.

Job Summary

Bloom Health Centers is seeking an experienced Human Resources / Payroll Administrator to join our growing team. The HR Payroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of company payroll, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. They serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries, bridging the gap between Human Resources and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain accurate HRIS data
• Process administrative and/or clinical payroll per pay period before review by HR/Payroll Manager
• Provide support with HRIS system and all benefits tools
• Manage HRD email inbox. Provide clear and concise communication to employees regarding their HR inquiries
• Maintain all HR records securely
• Partner with HR/Payroll Manager for all relevant initiatives, projects, and special assignments related to HR and/or payroll
• Manage/process all employee reimbursement submissions
• Maintain all vendor contracts securely
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or several years of experience if without a degree.
• Years of relevant experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant HR, payroll, and training experience; experience in healthcare payroll is preferred.
• HR Generalist experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of compensation reporting, such as ACA reporting, financial audits, and more.
• Strong communications skills.
• Adaptability to work in an environment with constantly shifting, and sometimes conflicting, priorities.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, compensation, and organizational development.
• Microsoft Office, QBO, and HRIS systems experience is required.

Other Requirements

• Minimal travel (5%) may be necessary to be present in the different office locations as necessary for employee support.

This is a hybrid position based within our administrative headquarters in Lutherville-Timonium, Maryland.
