Job description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care
Prudential HealthCare Staffing is hiring an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for a 13-week long-term care assignment in Greenbush MN 56716. 

Assignment Details:
  • Pay: $45 per hour.
  • Estimated weekly gross: $1,440.
  • Schedule: Four 8-hour shifts per week.
  • Hours: 2:30 PM–10:30 PM.
  • Guaranteed schedule: 32 hours per week.
  • Schedule: Varied biweekly schedule.
  • Start date: August 19, 2026.
  • End date: November 14, 2026.
  • Contract length: 13 weeks.
  • Location: 19120 200th Street, Greenbush, MN 56726.
Housing Available:
The facility expects to have one private apartment available within its assisted-living area. The selected nurse would have a private living space and private bathroom. Additional housing details and availability will be confirmed before assignment acceptance.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to long-term care residents.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
  • Monitor residents and document changes in condition.
  • Coordinate care with nursing assistants, physicians, and facility staff.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Follow infection-control, safety, and facility procedures.
  • Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies.
Qualifications:
  • Active Minnesota LPN license.
  • Previous long-term care or skilled-nursing experience preferred.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Ability to complete all required credentialing and background checks.
  • Dependable transportation and commitment to completing the full assignment.
