Description:
This position offers reduced non-billable orientation.
The candidate may work a 4x10 block schedule but must work Saturdays.
The start date is as soon as possible.
There is no weekend requirement.
Daily patient visits are estimated at 20.
The facility has 2 rooms available for procedures.
The facility primarily serves adults and geriatrics.
Candidates will be required to float between facilities as needed.
Providers must commit to working three out of five holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).
All requests for time off or specific scheduling needs must be communicated upfront.
Post-submission requests for time off may not be considered.
Flexibility beyond the contracted schedule may lead to termination of the assignment.
References from recent experiences are required during the compliance process.
Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment.
If required, communication devices needed for the duties assigned will be provided at no cost.
Providers should not contact facility representatives directly unless for an agreed-upon interview.
