Title: Executive AssistantLocation: New York, NY (Onsite)
Job Summary
Prove is looking for a professional, responsive, and organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Product Officer (CPO), Chief Customer Officer (CCO), and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). You will have strong multi-tasking skills with a focus on excellent communication, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, efficient, responsive, and confidential executive assistant support to the CMO, CPO, CCO, and CRO.
• Responsible for organizing the Executives agendas and ensuring the smooth-running of their work in an ever-changing environment where priorities can change rapidly
• Manage incoming communications (emails, telephone calls and messages) and calendars, including travel itineraries, ensuring the optimum use of time.
• Utilize detailed business and organizational awareness to ensure effective engagement with executives across the organization and external contacts, including Board members.
• Assist with the calendar management of all Executive Meetings and Leadership calls. On hand to support team meetings and events as required.
• Assisting with a wide variety of day-to-day administrative tasks on behalf of the Executives
• Assist with the CMO's, CPO's, CCO's, and CRO's expenses as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5-7+ years' experience of providing executive administrative support at a C-Suite level.
• Track record of managing multiple calendars, priorities and travel arrangements; ability to manage challenging and conflicting priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with different ways of doing business.
• A focus on customer experience and providing best service for employees and clientsHigh attention to detail
• Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendars, Google Workspace.
• Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.
• Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $95,000 - $120,000, plus company bonus and stock options. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Prove follows a market driven compensation philosophy based on geographic location and respective market rates. Job offers will be aligned to location. Please speak with your recruiter if you have questions. Prove defines:

• Metro 2 - NYC metro area, Seattle metro area, Los Angeles metro area, and the Miami metro area.
• Metro 3 - all other cities across the domestic United States, with the exception of the San Francisco Bay Area.
