Proulx Custom Tile is seeking an experienced tile installer to join our team. We specialize in high-end residential tile installations throughout Lake Geneva and the surrounding communities. We are looking for someone who can produce quality work, work independently, and take pride in craftsmanship.

What We Do

• Custom residential tile installations
• Showers and waterproofing systems
• Backsplashes
• Floors and wall tile
• Large-format tile
• Luxury and custom projects

Requirements

• Proven residential tile installation experience
• Ability to complete projects independently
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Knowledge of proper layout, waterproofing, and installation techniques
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle capable of transporting tools and materials
• Professional appearance and communication skills when working in clients' homes

Compensation

• Piecework preferred for experienced installers
• Typical compensation ranges from $28–$50+ per hour equivalent
• Pay is based on experience, efficiency, quality, and ability to work independently

Tools & Equipment

• Installer-owned tools are preferred, but tools can be provided if needed
• A company vehicle may be available for the right candidate

We are not seeking entry-level applicants or individuals looking for training. We need an experienced tile setter who understands residential work and can consistently deliver high-quality results.
