Duties:

• PREP for passing high REAC Scores
• Building Systems knowledge and technical ability
• Work with a large 32 BJ Staff, coordinate and inspect work daily
• Spanish Speaking is a plus

Skills;

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in using LeaseHold and Remote Landlord or similar property management programs
• Minimum of 5 year's experience
• Seeking someone with a great personality to interact effectively and communicate with building residents
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
