We are looking for a motivated, licensed Insurance Agent to help individuals and families protect one of their biggest investments-their home. In this role, you will work directly with clients to educate them on mortgage protection insurance options and help them choose coverage that fits their needs.<\/span><\/span>

  • Contact prospective and existing clients regarding mortgage protection insurance.<\/span><\/span>

  • Explain policy options, coverage, and benefits in a clear and professional manner.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Generate and follow up on leads.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Prepare quotes and assist clients through the application process.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Build long\-term relationships through exceptional customer service.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Stay current on insurance products, industry regulations, and licensing requirements.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Meet individual sales goals while maintaining high ethical standards.<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>\n

    • Active Property & Casualty and\/or Life & Health Insurance License (as required for the products sold).<\/span><\/span>

    • Previous insurance sales experience preferred but not required.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Self\-motivated with a positive, goal\-oriented attitude.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Proficient with computers and CRM systems.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/span><\/span>

    • High school diploma or GED required.<\/span><\/span>
