Job description

Part-Time In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Join a Team That Values You as Much as the Families We Serve
Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team and provide in-home ABA therapy.
At our company, we believe in creating a supportive and collaborative environment where both our clients and employees can thrive. Our values of Partnership, Progress, Perseverance, and Play guide everything we do:
  • Partnership: We work hand-in-hand with families and team members, knowing that growth is strongest when built together.
  • Progress: We celebrate each milestone, big and small, ensuring that every step forward counts.
  • Perseverance: We approach challenges with resilience and determination, supporting each other every step of the way.
  • Play: We infuse joy and creativity into therapy, making the learning process engaging, fun, and rewarding for children and families.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide individualized ABA therapy in a client's home under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Implement treatment plans to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Track data and report progress to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with families and team members to foster growth and positive outcomes.

What We Offer:
  • A supportive team culture that values YOU as much as the clients we serve.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • The chance to be part of a mission-driven company where your work truly matters.

What We're Looking For:
  • Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the home setting.

If you're ready to be part of a team that prioritizes connection, growth, resilience, and joy, we'd love to hear from you.
