Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Prospect Behavioral Therapy Services, you will:

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients, creating a safe space for open communication.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to guide discussions and promote healing.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to refer clients to specialists when needed, fostering a comprehensive approach to mental health care.
• Document all sessions and maintain accurate records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on providing care to individuals, couples, and families seeking assistance with relationship dynamics, communication issues, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. You will work with diverse populations, which requires cultural competence and adaptability in your therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and interventions applicable to individuals and families.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively with diverse client backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Providing individual and group therapy in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The total annual compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect:
