Job Summary:
The o9 Solutions Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and integrating the o9 Solutions platform to support supply chain planning initiatives. The role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring effective demand planning, inventory management, and SCM solutions with high data quality and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure, customize, and integrate the o9 Solutions platform for supply chain planning
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions supporting demand planning, inventory management, and SCM functions
• Perform platform configuration by setting up o9 data models, workflows, and user interfaces aligned to business processes
• Design, develop, and manage system integrations and ETL data flows between o9 and enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM
• Utilize APIs, JSON, SSIS, and related integration technologies
• Design and manage data models and execute data uploads
• Ensure ongoing data quality, consistency, and integrity
• Conduct data mapping between o9 and ERP or legacy systems
• Develop reports and analytics to support business and operational needs
• Troubleshoot technical and data-related issues across the o9 platform and integrations
• Provide user support during project implementation and ongoing BAU operations
Required Skills & Experience:
• Hands-on experience with the o9 Solutions platform
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and system integrations
• Hands-on experience with APIs, JSON, and SSIS
• Experience integrating o9 with ERP and CRM systems
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
