Key Account and Logistics Liaison

We’re hiring a Key Account and Logistics Liaison to support customers using Curv®, our impact‑resistant thermoplastic composite used in sports gear, tactical equipment, transportation, and luggage. You’ll manage key accounts, coordinate production across US/EU sites, and keep materials flowing smoothly through a global supply chain.

What You’ll Do

• Manage key distributor and OEM automotive accounts
• Capture customer orders and coordinate with manufacturing
• Build demand forecasts and support production planning
• Oversee inventory balance and material flow across US/EU sites
• Support sales through customer and distributor visits
• Handle inside sales for new and potential accounts

What You Bring

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication, organization, and writing skills
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in supply chain/logistics/manufacturing customer service
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, ERM, and inventory systems
• Comfortable working in small, cross‑functional teams

Bonus Points

• Automotive or Tier 1 supply experience
• Sales background
• Experience with plastics or composite materials
