Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Multi-Site Community Director to join our team in the Lancaster region. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required. We will pay for you to get one! Role and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple communities throughout Lancaster and the surrounding areas.
  • Lead, support, and manage on-site staff to ensure efficient community operations.
  • Manage resident accounts, including rent collection, application processing, and accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate with contractors and manage related budgets, invoices, and project expenses.
  • Provide responsive customer service to residents, applicants, and community stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
  • PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
