Job description

We are seeking an Part-time Assistant Property Manager (32 Hours/week) to become a part of our dynamic team in La Porte, IN! You will help plan and facilitate all property management activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager is directly responsible for the following:

  • LIHTC recertifications.
  • Leasing and processing applications.
  • Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Receivable operations.
  • General office administration.
  • Specific site administration.
  • Tenant/landlord relations.

This position reports directly to the Community Manager in planning and directing the community goals and operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Senior Living and housing management, preferred
  • Experience with inside sales, leasing
  • Experience working with state service agencies such as Medicaid, HUD or LIHTC
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
