Job description

Propel Clinical Speech-Language Pathologist
K–12 Speech-Language Pathologist
Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Employment Type: Full-Time
**Experience Level: Clinical Fellow (CF) to Experienced — New Graduates Welcome**
About Propel Clinical
Propel Clinical is a healthcare organization founded in partnership with a leading academic health system. Our mission is simple: help clinicians step into the roles they actually want, and lift up the next generation of clinicians coming behind them. Medicine is hard enough. The training is long, the days are heavy, and too many talented clinicians end up somewhere that just doesn’t fit. We’re the partner that clears the friction — credentialing, paperwork, logistics — so your energy goes where it should: the patients and students who need you. We’re small enough that you’ll reach a real decision-maker instead of a call center, and we treat the people we place like professionals, not line items on an invoice.
Today, that mission includes bringing dedicated clinical support into K–12 schools, where the need is urgent and the impact is real. Whether you’re an established clinician chasing the right fit or an aspiring one building toward it, we’re in your corner — because the work is hard enough already. You deserve to do it with a great company.
What We Offer

  • Clinical Fellowship support — we pair you with a CCC-SLP mentor and arrange your CF supervision, so you can complete your fellowship without scrambling to find a mentor on your own.
  • We handle the friction — credentialing, paperwork, and logistics — so your energy goes to the patients and students who need you.
  • Direct access to a real decision-maker on our team, never a call center.
