Schedule: Full-Time | Daytime Hours
Work Setting: In-Person
Make a Difference in the Lives of Children
Prominent Talents is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for a rewarding pediatric care opportunity in Kissimmee, Florida.
This position is ideal for caregivers who genuinely enjoy working with children and want to be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment. You'll help provide daily care while creating positive, engaging experiences that support each child's comfort, development, and well-being.
Schedule
This is a week-day / full-time position with scheduling flexibility within operational hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
What You'll Do
As a Pediatric CNA/HHA, you will work alongside nursing and other healthcare professionals to:
  • Assist nurses with daily care according to each child's individualized Plan of Care.
  • Provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living.
  • Help create an engaging environment through age-appropriate play, activities, singing, and interaction.
  • Assist with changing, transferring, positioning, and repositioning children.
  • Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming care environment.
  • Collaborate with members of the multidisciplinary care team.
  • Help children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged throughout their day.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for caregivers who are:
  • Compassionate and genuinely enjoy working with children.
  • Dependable and committed to providing high-quality care.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Patient, attentive, and able to create positive experiences for children and their families.
  • Organized and able to follow individualized Plans of Care and established procedures.
Requirements
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license OR 75-hour Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to successfully complete a Level II background screening.
  • Valid automobile insurance.
  • Ability to commute to Kissimmee, FL 34744.
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and home care services.
  • Pediatric care experience is preferred.
