If you're highly organized, enjoy solving complex problems, love working with data, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. You'll work closely with tour operators and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product information, resolve operational challenges, and help deliver an outstanding experience for both our partners and customers.

  • Maintaining accurate product content, descriptions, meeting points, and inclusions
  • Coordinating new product launches, updates, activations, and removals
  • Investigating pricing discrepancies and resolving operational issues
  • Partnering with internal teams to troubleshoot technical and supplier-related challenges
  • Building strong relationships with Tour Operator partners through regular communication
  • Maintaining supplier accounts, CRM records, commissions, and contact information
  • Supporting compliance efforts, insurance tracking, and payment reconciliations
  • Preparing operational reports and identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and automate repetitive operational tasks

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys improving processes.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience managing large amounts of data across multiple systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while working independently
  • Experience working with external vendors, partners, or suppliers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketplace, e-commerce, or travel industry experience
  • Familiarity with APIs and how pricing, availability, and product content flow between systems
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus

Why You'll Love Working Here

We believe in investing in our team with competitive benefits, including:

  • Annual company bonus opportunity (up to $3,000 based on company performance)
  • 15 days of paid time off, increasing to 20 days after two years
  • Comprehensive healthcare with company contributions up to $9,000, including fully covered plan options
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • $500 annual work-from-home stipend
  • $250 annual professional development budget
  • TSA PreCheck reimbursement
