Remote Role with Local In-Person Business Visits
Project Blue is seeking motivated, competitive, and coachable sales professionals to help generate qualified business appointments through a combination of in-person business visits, door-to-door outreach, phone calls, email follow-up, and relationship building.
This is a remote role, but it requires consistent in-person visits to businesses in your local market. You will manage your own schedule, work independently, and actively prospect local business owners and decision makers face-to-face.
This role is best suited for someone with a strong entrepreneurial drive who is not looking for a traditional capped-income job. We are looking for people who need to earn six figures, are willing to build their own pipeline, and are motivated by performance-based income, advancement, and long-term opportunity.
This is a high-performance outbound sales role focused on speaking directly with business owners and decision makers to schedule meetings and drive new business opportunities. Compensation
· $3,000/month guaranteed training draw for the first 90 days
· Performance-based commission structure

Commission Structure - Commissions are paid based on signed agreements.
Tiered Commission
Tier 1 - 0-25 Signed Agreements
$500 per closed deal
Tier 2 - 26-50 Signed Agreements
$750 per closed deal
Tier 3 - 51+ Signed Agreements
$1,000 per closed deal
SPIFF per Activated Account - Additional SPIFF payments are available based on the size of each account. SPIFFs are paid when the account is fully executed and goes active.

Responsibilities
· Conduct in-person visits to local businesses
· Perform door-to-door outreach to business owners and decision makers
· Build relationships with local business owners, managers, and key decision makers
· Make outbound follow-up calls to prospects
· Send professional email follow-ups
· Set qualified appointments for the senior sales team
· Maintain accurate daily activity tracking and reporting
· Follow company sales systems, processes, and training
· Manage your schedule and pipeline in a remote work environment
Minimum Expectations
· Complete a minimum of 25 in-person business visits per week
· Maintain consistent door-to-door prospecting activity in your local market
· Demonstrate strong communication and follow-up skills
· Have reliable transportation
· Submit daily activity reporting
· Work independently while staying organized and accountable
· Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and strong personal motivation
· Have a serious desire to earn six figures through performance-based production
Preferred Qualifications
· Sales, canvassing, appointment-setting, or business development experience preferred
· Comfortable speaking with business owners face-to-face
· Strong work ethic and positive attitude
