Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, incorporating crisis intervention strategies if necessary.
• Maintain consistent documentation of client progress and services rendered, adhering to regulatory compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to select and apply evidence-based screening tools for effective evaluation and intervention.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans in consultation with peers and other healthcare providers.
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that all practices meet the highest standards of quality care.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies as well as community partners to support client resources and program outreach.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to uphold agency mission and safeguard compliance with contractual obligations.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including conferences and workshops, and represent the organization in statewide initiatives relevant to mental health.
• Contribute to the mission and core values of Progressive Life Counseling Services in every aspect of care delivery.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall operational objectives.

Qualifications
