Progressive Auto Sales is looking for a Lot Attendant!

About us:

The Lot Attendant aids in bringing to life Progressive Auto Sales brand experience. This position is responsible for working attentively in supervising, organizing and maintaining the dealership lot. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We’re currently looking for a Lot Attendant to join one of our Sarnia dealerships. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone dependable and motivated who wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle lot
  • Park, stage, and move vehicles for sales and service operations
  • Assist with vehicle check-in, tagging, and basic inspections
  • Take photos and support online inventory accuracy
  • Prepare vehicles for test drives, deliveries, and service appointments
  • Shuttle vehicles, customers, or staff as required
  • Support seasonal duties (snow clearing, lot upkeep, basic cleaning)
  • Provide day-to-day support to both Sales and Service teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Physically capable of being on your feet and performing manual tasks
  • Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive manual transmission is an asset (not required)
  • No experience required—we will train the right candidate
