Job Description: ProForce Staffing is looking for a self-motivated Structured Cabling Technician with the ability to install low voltage cabling infrastructure, performing adds, moves, and changes, repairing existing communications issues and troubleshooting problems.

Technician Qualifications / Skills:
Structured Cabling knowledge and techniques
Functional and technical skills- Able to stand for extended periods of time. Able to lift 50 pounds. Basic Computer user skills such as outlook and excel, etc.
Independence
Attention to detail
Verbal communication
Documentation skills
Able to climb ladders on a daily basis
Able to read and comprehend blueprints
Technician Job Responsibilities:Install low voltage cabling including but not limited to the following; Category twisted pair for voice and data networks, access control and CCTV and data networks by supporting, pulling, terminating, labeling & testing cabling infrastructure. Installing telecommunications equipment, cable trays, ladder racks, etc.
Maintains customer rapport by listening to and resolving concerns and answering questions.
Maintains safe work environment by following codes, standards, and legal regulations.
Work Schedule:Standard hours Monday - Friday 7:30 AM -4:30PM
Some Night shift work required
Some Weekend work required
Some travel required
General Qualifications
Minimum 6 years structured cabling experience required
Drivers License (Required)
Work authorization (Required)
