Position Summary
Professional Therapy Partners is seeking a dependable Physical Therapy Technician to join our outpatient clinic in Seguin, TX. Under the direct supervision of licensed physical therapists, this role supports clinical staff in delivering patient care, maintaining clinic operations, and ensuring a safe, organized, and compliant treatment environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist and support patients throughout their therapy sessions under the direction of licensed clinical staff.
  • Prepare, organize, and sanitize treatment areas and clinical equipment before and after patient use.
  • Support physical therapists during patient exercises, stretches, and mobility activities.
  • Maintain overall clinic cleanliness and ensure adequate stocking of clinical supplies.
  • Perform administrative and light office tasks as needed to support clinic operations.
  • Adhere strictly to all clinic safety, compliance, and infection control standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare, sports, or fitness setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
