Professional Search Group OC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support project managers and internal teams in the successful execution of construction and development projects. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring communication across multiple stakeholders to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities
- Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Monitor project timelines, progress, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to address and resolve project issues.
- Track budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects comply with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
- Schedule and organize project meetings and follow up on action items.
- Maintain organized and accurate project records for reporting and easy access.
Project Coordinator Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within construction or development environments.
- Must be Bilingual Spanish
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
