Lenders One is hiring a Credit Service Representative | Customercentric, highimpact, fastpaced role

Lenders One plays a critical role in supporting the mortgage underwriting lifecycle, and we are elevating how credit services operate. As a Credit Service Representative, you will investigate, verify, and analyze credit information that directly supports loan decisioning. You will partner closely with production teams, deliver fast and accurate credit report supplements, and serve as a trusted customerfacing expert throughout the credit verification process.

Job Description

What this role is about

You'll help power an efficient, accurate credit workflow by owning:

• Customercentric inbound and outbound communication that meets company quality standards
• Investigation and verification of credit, employment, and financial information supporting mortgage underwriting
• Management of incoming and pending supplement requests with attention to detail and turnaround time
• Interpretation and review of credit reports, including complex scenarios such as bankruptcy or foreclosure
• Delivery of timely, accurate information to customers and internal teams
• Compliance with all Federal and State regulations, privacy standards, and internal procedures
• Accurate documentation and adherence to training manuals, workflows, and policy guidelines
• Effective routing of inquiries and close partnership with other internal departments

You'll ensure supplements are processed quickly and accurately-supporting production goals for volume, turntime, and quality.

Close partnership with production teams

You'll work closely with credit operations, underwriting support, and customerfacing teams to:

• Prioritize supplement requests
• Resolve credit or documentation issues
• Maintain accuracy and service levels in a callcenter environment
• Ensure customers receive consistent, compliant, highquality communication

Qualifications

What you bring

• Experience in the financial services or mortgage services industry (required)
• Strong understanding of credit services, reports, and regulatory considerations
• Customer service experience in a professional environment
• Ability to interpret complex credit scenarios (foreclosure, bankruptcy, etc.)
• Excellent communication, decisionmaking, persuasion, and problemresolution skills
• Comfort working in a fastpaced, goaloriented, teambased environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Bilingual Spanish/English HIGHLY preferred

• Willingness to work the PST time zone
