    About AICA Orthopedics
AICA Orthopedics is the clinical brand of ProCo, one of Georgia's largest integrated orthopedic and injury care networks - 21 clinics, 3 surgery centers, and 400+ team members across metro Atlanta. Our PAs work with orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, interventional spine specialists, chiropractors, and physical therapists in a true multidisciplinary environment.
    What we require
    • Spine and/or extremity orthopedics experience - this is the primary gate; generalist PA experience alone is not sufficient
    • Minimum 5 years PA experience is strongly preferred; spine + extremity breadth is the ideal profile
    • Proficiency in evaluating and ordering epidurals, MBB's, SI joint, RFA, and joint injections/procedures.
    • OR first-assist experience a strong plus but not required
    • Personal injury or workers' compensation background preferred
    • Graduate of an accredited PA program; current Georgia licensure or ability to obtain
    • Current DEA, and BLS or ability to obtain
    • EMR proficiency (NextGen preferred)
    What you'll do
    • Evaluate and manage PI patients across spine and extremity orthopedics - approximately 20 patients per day
    • Coordinate epidurals, facet blocks/MBB's, SI joint/extremity injections, and RFA procedures. Perform trigger point and major joint injections independently is a plus.
    • Order MRIs, CT scans and interpret X-rays.
    • Possibility of first assist in OR for orthopedic and spine surgeries
    • Manage pre- and post-procedural care for interventional and surgical patients
    • Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity across AICA's multidisciplinary network
    • Complete visit documentation within 48 business hours
    Compensation & benefits
    • $150,000-$200,000 base salary depending on experience
    • Monthly performance bonuses tied to clinical KPI metrics
    • W-2 or 1099 employment - your choice
    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
    • 401(k) retirement plan
    • Up to 3 weeks PTO + 1 week paid CME + CME allowance and conference support
    Locations
This role covers two nearby clinics - Conyers and Snellville - both within easy distance of each other in metro Atlanta. You will have a home base and cover both locations as needed.
AICA Orthopedics is an equal opportunity employer committed to building diverse, high-performing clinical teams.
