Sr Business Systems Analyst (MS Dynamics) : We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a large enterprise organization in the Cherry Hill, NJ area. This is a hybrid opportunity for a strategic and hands-on BA who has strong experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments and can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Dynamics 365 initiatives
• Work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, sales, and IT teams
• Lead process improvement efforts and recommend scalable system solutions
• Create user stories, functional specs, workflows, and test plans
• Support system integrations, upgrades, and enterprise-wide implementations
• Facilitate UAT testing, training, and change management activities
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications:

• 5 years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience supporting ERP/CRM implementations or enhancements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and process documentation tools

Duration: 12 month contract with possibility of extension
