Job description

Now Hiring: Sales Assistant (Customer Service) 
Location: ProSource of Birmingham
Competitive pay of $20 per hour
A schedule that supports real work‑life balance
Prior flooring experience preferred

What you'll actually be doing
This is a customer service and sales support role
  • Greet and sign in showroom visitors — first impressions matter
  • Support Account Managers with payments, order updates, and customer questions
  • Explain who ProSource is and what we offer to new visitors
  • Schedule showroom tours for potential members
  • Help keep product displays and pricing up to date
  • Partner with the sales manager to deliver a great showroom experience
  • Keep the showroom organized and welcoming

What we're looking for
