Strategic Account Manager – Technical Services (m/f/d)

Do you want to be the driving force behind our core business in sales? As a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for selling our technical services in the field of mobile robotics—from commissioning to service, maintenance, and hotline support, all the way through to operator models—regardless of manufacturer and always in close alignment with the market. Working closely with our specialist departments, you’ll lay the foundation for a stable and growing service and project business. In this role, you’ll be both a “hunter” in acquiring new customers and a “farmer” in cultivating long‑term partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

• Acquiring new customers, as well as developing and maintaining long‑term customer relationships up to the decision‑maker level
• Maintaining and actively expanding our partnerships with AGV manufacturers and integrators—the foundation of our core business
• Sales of our entire portfolio of mobile robotics services—commissioning, service & maintenance, hotline, and operating models
• Preparing and tracking quotes—from initial contact to contract signing—in collaboration with our specialized departments
• Independent management of bids—from identifying suitable projects to submitting bids on time
• Establishing and expanding recurring revenue from maintenance contracts, as well as targeted cross‑selling across the entire range of services
• Structured management of your sales pipeline in the CRM, as well as representing ProLog Automation at trade shows and industry events

What You Bring to the Table

• Several years of experience in B2B sales—ideally in a technical field such as mechanical engineering, automation, or manufacturing
• Proven ability to close deals and strong negotiation skills, as well as an eye for business opportunities
• Experience in establishing and developing customer and partner relationships
• Handling Quotation, Bid, and CRM Processes Safely
• An interest in technology and the motivation to learn about the world of mobile robotics
• An independent, structured approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Residence in our region – the Freiberg am Neckar area / Stuttgart region
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows, as well as a Class B driver's license
• Proficiency in German and English
