Position Overview
ProCare is seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing Associate to support the growth and community presence of our stand-alone emergency room in Cypress. We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive individual who is eager to build relationships, engage with the community, and assist with day-to-day marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, managing multiple projects, and representing a healthcare organization in a professional and positive manner. Previous marketing experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive community engagement and build relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, and healthcare providers
- Coordinate and attend marketing events, community outreach programs, and networking activities
- Assist with day-to-day marketing operations and promotional initiatives
- Help manage marketing campaigns and track marketing budgets and expenses
- Support social media efforts, including posting content and community interaction
- Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and outreach communications
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and marketing activity logs
- Work collaboratively with leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve community visibility
- Represent the company professionally within the community and at events
Qualifications
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable networking and engaging with the public
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Marketing experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is preferred
- Social media knowledge and skills are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
