Pro Office Solutions Inc. is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to help us grow our commercial installation business and keep our installation teams busy.

⚠️ THIS IS NOT A POSITION FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO SIT BEHIND A DESK AND WAIT FOR WORK TO COME IN.

We are looking for a HUNTER — someone who enjoys making calls, building relationships, finding opportunities, following up, closing business, and working toward measurable goals.

Our company provides commercial services including:

• Office furniture installation
• Commercial moving
• Furniture reconfigurations
• Receiving, delivery & installation (RDI)
• Decommissions
• FF&E installation
• Warehousing and delivery
• Installation labor support
• Multi-state project support

YOUR MISSION

Your primary responsibility is simple:

BRING IN PROFITABLE WORK AND HELP KEEP OUR INSTALLATION CREWS BUSY.

You will actively develop relationships with:

• Office furniture dealers
• Furniture manufacturers
• General contractors
• Commercial moving companies
• Property/facility managers
• Hospitality and FF&E companies
• Businesses needing installation and relocation services
• Other companies needing dependable installation labor

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts
• Make outbound calls and send introductory emails
• Follow up consistently with potential customers
• Build relationships with dealers, project managers and decision-makers
• Generate leads and turn them into actual projects
• Help prepare pricing and proposals
• Follow up on bids until a decision is made
• Identify upcoming projects and labor opportunities
• Maintain communication with existing customers
• Look for additional opportunities within current accounts
• Coordinate with operations regarding upcoming workload
• Help identify open crew capacity and actively find work to fill it
• Maintain a strong and organized sales pipeline
• Track leads, opportunities, bids, wins and losses
• Meet monthly and annual sales goals

COMPENSATION

We want someone who is motivated by performance.

Base Salary: Approximately $40,000- 50,000/year

PLUS COMMISSION & PERFORMANCE BONUSES

Our compensation structure rewards you for producing results.

For qualifying new hourly accounts, commission may be based on the billable hours generated.

For qualifying bid projects, commission may be based on project profitability.

Strong performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more than the base salary.

Commercial furniture, installation, moving, construction, FF&E, logistics or B2B sales experience is strongly preferred.

Existing relationships with furniture dealers, manufacturers, general contractors, project managers or facility managers are a major plus.
