Orkin Pro (Termite Pro)

Join Orkin as a Pro (Termite Pro) Starting pay: $20–$22 per hour PLUS potential to earn monthly bonuses. First year earning potential: $50,000+

As a TC Pro (Home Services Technician), safety is your top priority, both for yourself and the customers you serve. You'll perform essential home service installations that improve comfort and protection, all while building a stable and rewarding career with advancement opportunities.

If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing things the right way, and can navigate a variety of environments, from rooftops to crawl spaces, this is the role for you. Every day brings something different as you follow a scheduled route and perform quality installations that make homes safer and more efficient.

You'll have structure, support, and the opportunity to grow with one of the most respected names in the industry.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Follow a daily assigned route within your territory
  • Prepare and install services such as: Attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and radiant heat barriers
  • Complete all required service-related documentation
  • Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride
  • Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces
  • Operate a company vehicle safely
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 50lbs
  • Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions
  • Perform duties in all weather conditions

Qualifications

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Willingness to work in varied physical environments
  • A reliable, professional, and safety-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to obtain required state certifications (we'll train and pay for them!)

What will my work environment be like?

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
  • Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
