Job description

The Front Office Associate serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring smooth and efficient front office operations within a dedicated single-team environment. This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple communication channels while maintaining accurate records and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Manage reception duties and greet visitors professionally
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
  • Handle phone calls and incoming communications promptly
  • Conduct accurate data entry and maintain records
  • Oversee visitor management to ensure security and access control
  • Maintain clear communication across departments and with clients

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • Proven skills in customer service and reception
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Effective multitasking capabilities
  • Experience with data entry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field
