Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Granite Bay, CA. The Physical Therapist will perform thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to support patients in achieving their functional and mobility goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, educating patients and families on home programs and injury prevention, and documenting care in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. The role also involves coordinating care with referring clinicians, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment plans to optimize outcomes. Participation in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education is expected to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to diverse patient populations.
• Experience in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, including designing and implementing individualized treatment and recovery plans.
• Skills in Home Care and patient education, supporting safe and effective continuation of therapy outside the clinic.
• Current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with a commitment to respectful, inclusive patient interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Prior outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.
