Pro Builders Express Inc is seeking a highly experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for new home construction and remodeling projects throughout the La Mirada / Los Angeles area.
This is a field leadership role for a proven superintendent who can run jobs independently, manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure high-quality residential builds from start to finish.
You will be the primary on-site authority, responsible for turning plans into completed homes while maintaining safety, quality, and production timelines.

• $90,000 $120,000+ annually (based on experience)

What Youll Be Responsible For

As the on-site Residential Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all daily field operations and ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and up to quality standards.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage daily on-site residential construction activities (new builds + remodels)

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trade partners

• Maintain strict adherence to project schedules and milestones

• Schedule and coordinate material deliveries and inspections

• Ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization

• Review construction plans and ensure accurate execution in the field

• Communicate with homeowners, inspectors, and project stakeholders

• Maintain daily job logs, progress updates, and documentation

• Identify and resolve field issues quickly to prevent delays

• Ensure workmanship meets company quality standards

Qualifications

Required:

• 10+ years of residential construction experience (superintendent or equivalent leadership role)

• Strong knowledge of residential building codes, materials, and methods

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and architectural drawings

• Proven experience managing subcontractors and jobsite operations

• Strong organizational and scheduling skills

• Reliable transportation (preferably a pickup truck)

• Basic computer literacy (email, logs, scheduling tools)

• Strong leadership and communication skills in the field

• High-end residential construction or custom home experience

• Experience managing multiple projects or overlapping job sites

• Familiarity with construction management software or digital job tracking tools

• Strong problem-solving ability in fast-moving field environments

Schedule

• MondayFriday

• Occasional weekends if project demands require it

• Project-based field work across residential job sites in the LA area
